Hotel Andorra Center

The hotel is located in a really great position in Andorra. There is a parking facility although it is a little expensive at 15 euros per night. However, in Andorra it is very hard to park and you can easily get about using public transport. There is a bus stop within 15 metres of the hotel which is a FREE bus taking you to the other part of town. The main area for shopping and Caldea Spa is within easy reach on this free bus route. You can also walk but it would take about 20 minutes (especially coming back up the hill!!) The hotel reception area is spacious and has very friendly staff. The room was very clean and had everything necessary for a short break. For the British, no tea tray is provided but you can buy a brew from the bar in the lobby and take it up to the room. The swimming poool was a little cold for me but would suit most and the jacuzzi is great. My only disappointment really was the meals. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the evening meal was alright if you are prepared to try anything. It does not really cater well for young childrens tastes or for fussy eaters. Overall I would definately stay at the hotel again and the cost is fantastic for what you get. Bed

The hotel is located in the center of Andorra and within walking distance to all the major shops and restaurants. The first impression at this hotel is that it was Russian since there were lots of Russian speaking groups. Our impression was confirmed that the hotel was indeed Russian because at least 3 channels (out of 8) on TV were in Russian. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were first given the worst room in the hotel. The room looked like a closet with the window facing the air conditioners in a very dark corner of the hotel. There was no view. The room number 530 did not even have directions in the hallway. It was probably a last minute transformed room. It took us a long time to find it and when we did we run screaming from that room. We went downstairs again and 10 euro tip got us a better room with a view facing the front of the hotel. One has to insist and pay a tip at the reception desk to actually get a better room. Every room in this hotel that ends in 30 (on each floor) was probably a closet before it became a room for the guests. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff acted very much like the staff from Russia and Eastern Europe. They were very noisy when cleaning up the tables. The hotel is good for a one night or for families. Not good for couples or business. We will try another hotel next time hoping that at the price we paid we will get a better room the first time. Ana, London, UK

El spa está descuidadísimo.

Respecto a la relacion calidad-precio muy bien,muy bien situado,y muy importante el parking del hotel!!Para la proxima vez que tenga que elegir hotel no voy a dudar en ir al mismo,nos gusto mucho a todos,Felicidades

LOS TRABAJADORE MUY AMABLES Y LA SITUACION

EL BUFET CON POCA CALIDAD Y LOS DESAYUNOS LA BOLLERIA NO ERA FRESCA (ESTABAN DUROS TENIAN MAS DE UN DIA)

Está muy bien situado, las habitaciones muy bien y el SPA, una maravilla¡¡¡¡

La comida, muy poca variedad y de una pésima calidad. Ni los niños comieron bien. Para una larga estancia es un aspecto bastante negativo. No existe zona de aparcamiento, tienes que meterlo en el parking.

en las reservas por internet deberian de especificar que las dos habitaciones adjudicadas, en mi caso 219 y 229 son habitaciones con ventana impracticable y muchisimo ruido, en el patio estrecho y oscuro al que dan las habitaciones estaban ubicados todos los motores del aire acondicionado de la planta.La estancia fue desagradable por lo explicado anteriormente.
